KANN’s Story
KANN was born during the COVID-19 pandemic, a difficult time for the food and beverage industry. It was also a time that changed the way we thought about food, drinks and the simple pleasure of bringing people together.
In its early years, KANN took shape through two different concepts: KANN Café & Lounge at 44 Hang Trong and KANN Hidden in Ngo Gach Alley. Though both concepts have since come to a close, they remain important chapters in our journey. They gave us the freedom to explore coffee, cocktails and creative beverages, while helping us learn more about hospitality, the spaces people enjoy and the little details that make an experience memorable.
These early experiences shaped our ambition to build something more lasting: an independent F&B brand with its own identity, consistent standards and a clear vision for the future. More than simply opening new venues, we wanted to create a place where good food, thoughtful drinks and genuine hospitality come together naturally.
In April 2026, KANN Brunch & Café opened at 32 Dao Duy Tu Street, marking an important new chapter in our journey. Bringing together what we had learned along the way, KANN embraces an all-day approach to dining and hospitality, welcoming guests from 7 AM until midnight.
Whether you come for breakfast, brunch, coffee, a casual meal or an evening drink, there is no particular time or occasion you need to wait for. Come as you are, take your time and make the day your own.
